It is so chilly and windy in LA today...Gotta do the scarf thing! Adding such a simple thing like a scarf really does add a lot of any outfit. I added a scarf to a vintage 80s puff sleeve dress in which I wore black tights underneath for warmth. Scarf- banana republic..sunnies-gucci. Shoes -LF
